"While everyone’s nice, paying extra for interior clean and getting results like this - total fail. $31 and the car is still dirty. UPDATE: I did see a response from the car wash. I did not have time to go back and have them redo my car. I do appreciate the effort but its not the customer's job to chase after a business owner to get the service we pay for. It doesn't solve the problem that they simply have a bunch of untrained kids there. They had no clue what to do when I asked them about the interior. They had no clue what to do when they knew I was leaving unhappy with the service and experience."
