Beautiful Nail Salon

"Generally speaking I don’t believe in leaving bad reviews. But, my experience here was so shockingly horrendous, abhorrent and disturbing I waited a while and still felt inclined to share my story and I will try to keep it brief. I booked appointments for my mother and I eager to try some place new. These excursions and brief moments of beauty treatments are rare for us and quite cherished as we have a loved one at home who is gravely ill and near the end. I can barely get my Mother out of the house these days so when I do I want to make sure it is for something that lifts her up in a time of such sadness and darkness. We came into the salon which looked ok nothing particularly stunning and the young man who is the receptionist settled us into our two spa chairs. We waited a fair while, perhaps fifteen minutes or so assuming it was simply busy, and they would get to us soon. But, then he and another employee came over to us screaming that we only made an appointment for one person to which I stated I would never do so as the sole intention was to get my mother out of the house. He then told me repeatedly I was a liar, shouted at me, kept coming back and waving his iPad at me in front of a busy room of customers. I felt so belittled and embarrassed and asked him to please stop screaming which he would not do. I then asked if he could squeeze us in at some point and he stated no. He then came back and started to yell again. My mother who is a senior tried to get herself up to leave as I could see the tears building in her eyes. It is quite hard for her to move as she has bad knees, but she did, as he was still screaming at her. We got up and left and our day was ruined. It was such a violent afront and so many accusations at a nail salon where the customer is supposed to be treated with respect and kindness. Never in all my life and years have I experienced something as extreme as this. I would never recommend this establishment and to add further insult to injury my friend also got a toe infection from here that required antibiotics. There are many nail salons out here and I would try any of them over this place which is beyond rude and cruel and leaves you scarred emotionally and mentally."

I made an appointment, they didn’t put it in the system, they won’t take the broken nails off and they want me to walk around for another two day with completely broken nails that I can’t remove myself. Not to mention that their powder started chipping after 10 days already…"
