"You will wait at least 45 minutes even with an appointment made days in advance. I sat and watched him take appointments on the phone and not write them down. Also took all walk ins and told them 10 minutes."
"I've been 2X so far and I will be going again. It's now my spot. I arrived both visits without an appointment during the week and once in a Saturday. Plenty of pedicure massage chairs. Plenty of manicurist. I was seated immediately. Foot massage felt great."

"I've been going to Epic in Cutchogue for several years. I hope yesterday was a bad day. I was assigned the manager for a mani/pedi. She seemed distracted, paying attention to manager things and clipped my toe twice - I now have an open sore on my big toe. When I moved to the manicure station the mat was filled with nail clippings from previous customers, it hadn't been cleaned and no attempt was made to place a paper towel over them. I kept my hands lifted so I did touch the surface. And then at the drying station, I could feel the grit and grime on the counter top under the fans as if it hadn't been wiped down in a while. I hope this was a anomaly, perhaps short staffed during a holiday week. Epic usually pays much more attention to cleanliness and detail than I experienced yesterday. As as I said, I hope it was just a bad day."
