"soo I go here all time with my son(11 months), and the one time i go and he's cranky cause they took too long, they treated us soo bad and told me don't come back with our son. i quote "leave him at home." mind you the girl doing my toe acrylic had no idea what she was doing so it took her long and then it took the owner more time to fix it. I asked for a French on my set, and they literally couldn't do it or were purposely trying not too. I ended up just asking for all white, and then they proceeded to seal the gel with nude from the French. I was like I said do all white and he told me no i didn't. I paid for a full set and didn't even walk out with the design I asked nor color. soo upset i went home crying. I had to do the white at home with my own nail polish!!!!!"

"I’ve been coming to Cathy’s for almost 10 years now. I always left satisfied with the service and even if I had the tiniest complain, they would fix it. I started going for facials and now I even do manicures and pedicures there. The atmosphere is warm and welcome as well as the owner is very genuine. I used to have really bad acne and blackheads and of all the services I’ve had in the past, Cathy gave the best one. It takes many sessions to get to a clean face but that is how it’s suppose to be. The process takes time. She even went above and beyond by calling me back to check on my skin, when I was getting the acne treatments and if needed she gave me extra service without charge. It’s hard to find these kind of people. Nowadays people overcharge and give you a bad service, but not at Cathy’s. At least I didn’t have that experience. I gotta say though I’ve seen some pretty rude, demanding costumers. I’ve noticed Cathy tries to fix any issue that may come up, with a smile. Lastly, I want to add that her prices are pretty reasonable. I went to other salons to get my nails done and the gave me a bad service, attitude and overcharged me. That is why I decided to stick with Cathy’s nails spa."

"I have had great experiences with Cathy nails spa for almost a year. The last time I went I had a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was a dip manicure. One of my nails broke two days after getting them done. I don’t know the name of the person that did them. But I wouldn’t go back to her if you paid me to. The pedicure wasn’t much better. The nails looked like a child did them and I wasn’t happy at all. I will Go back to them just not those girls. They weren’t the usual people that did them. Believe me. I won’t make that mistake twice."
