"I wish I could give 0 stars. This place was the worst. Every year for my birthday I always get massages. I wanted to try a new massage place so decided to go to Lillys. I’ve never had the worst massage in my life. The woman who was assigned to me was so ruff. She never asked me how much pressure I like. She was digging her elbows in my back and jumped on the table pounding on me as if I was a heavyweight champ. I asked her more than 4 times to please stop pounding on me and slow down. She kept on repeating her same methods of her massage techniques…if she even knew what she was doing. I couldn’t finish the massage. I got up and walked out to the front where the reception was but the woman at the front was no help either. Please save your money. Do NOT GO TO LILLYS."

"I got the best massage I've ever had here! The guy at the front desk was friendly and the man who did my massage (Owen) was amazing. The place was clean and relaxing. This place isn't fancy, but the massage was amazing and the price was fair. I bought a package because I was so impressed and knew I would be going back. They did not ask me to write this review and I really almost never write reviews, but this spa deserved it. I highly recommend going if you are looking for a great straight-forward massage."

"I really wanted to enjoy this place but I really can’t say anything good about this place only good thing I liked was the bed that was provided for the massage was warm and heated. I saw the Google reviews and was surprised with all the positive reviews so I decided to come check it out for myself. Greeted by the guy in the front, not so friendly they just want to get paid first. Okay went to the bathroom saw the Korean sauna they advertised but no one provided any information on that service. Well the massage was decent at first but 10 minutes into the massage the guy in the front comes in the room, at this point I’m butt naked and did not want to be disturbed but he comes to sell this special relaxation cream for relief for 5$ more. I told him I was good and they used another body oil for the massage. I was totally turned off. They should have advertised this in the beginning instead try to get you when you feeling your best. The second thing that turned me off was the towel they used to dry me it was rough it hurts when she was trying to clean me from the oil. Will not go back!"
