"First time going here and I will definitely be going back! I was nervous because there were a lot of mixed reviews on here, but I really wanted to find somewhere local to get my haircut. I had made an appointment and when I arrived, they got me into a chair right away. I was in and out in less than a half hour with a perfect haircut! The prices are great, too. So happy to have given this place a chance! This is going to be my new go-to place. Thanks for the great haircut!!! :)"

"Trust every negative review on here! From the moment I walked in the staff was rude and unprofessional. It felt like they didn’t want to work and that I was bothering them asking for a haircut. Every haircut I suggested was met with a dismissive attitude and was told they were all impossible to do (even tho i’ve had the same haircut done at other salons no problem in the past). This salon was so unwelcoming and unpleasant that I ended up leaving before even getting a haircut due to the stylists attitude. I would not recommend this salon to ANYONE."

"I asked for my sons hair to be faded on the sides leaving a little at the top. First one went horribly wrong. Fade is so unprofessional and uneven. Top is too long which I mentioned but she couldn’t stop talking and at that point he didn’t want to sit anymore. Second kid I said I wanted it the same way as my other sons with just shorter on top. She gets out the scissors and asks if I wanted it buzzed or scissor cut. I said I didn’t care either way. Figuring I had already told her how I wanted it, it didn’t matter. She cut “some” hair very unevenly. I know how to basic cut hair and she didn’t do it right. She just randomly cut all over. The other lady wouldn’t shut up and I was just trying to get out of the place so my autistic son who doesn’t have patience could go home! I will never go back there. I can cut my kids hair better. The cheap price isn’t worth it!"

"What a horror!! We should’ve trusted the horrible reviews but thinking how bad could the manager be! My daughter booked a partial and haircut with curtain bangs. She came out with burnt, not even close to curtain bangs and yellow gold color that wasn’t even blended at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Toni the manager completely hacked my daughters hair. No refund, no call from the owner. We went to Serenity hair salon and was told that this was a complete disaster but they worked a miracle with the color but unfortunately there was no fixing the horrendous job of her bangs. This woman should be stripped of her license! My poor daughter has been so upset for five days now."
