"This was my first time coming to Salon Centric ever and to this location as Salon Centric cause I used to come for over 15 years to once was four star beauty supply. And I have to say how extremely happy I am with a woman named Paige who I think is the manager?? If not she should be cause she was so so helpful in every way! And I really love when I meet people like Paige(Wish there were more people like her) that are so sweet and friendly and straight up a great person! I had just met but yet I fell like I have known her for ever! She had away of making you feel comfortable and she explained so many different products to me that I was so interested in but I needed her expertise in and I'm grateful that I had Paige there with me to get me the products I needed!"

"Recently bought a dryer and straightener as a Christmas gift. Receipt states no refunds but will exchange for store credit. Store does not honor store credit either. Will never shop there again. Owner not willing to exchange purchase at all."
