"The reception service was exceptional Leielle (sp?) was kind, courteous, conversational, knowledgeable and helpful and very attentive. I saw she was able to handle an unusually situation and did so with poise. Our hostess, Maria was very accommodating and pleasant. Our massage therapists Nancy and Nimete were adept at executing all the massage techniques that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I do think having a quick consultation with the therapist prior to massage would be helpful in the future to give the person being massaged a chance to disclose any current conditions/aches or pains that should be avoided during the session. Other than that it was a wonderful experience Thank you."
