"I came in for a 30 minute massage on 10/13. The person who began my treatment started at 4:01 and ended at 4:25. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it but I conveyed my experience to the person who sits in the front at reception as he was walking past. His response when I spoke to him, during my massage was to yell at me while other patrons were getting their treatments done. He raised his voice and yelled “he’s not done yet”. I told him I wanted to talk about my experience or I wouldn’t come back. He yelled “that’s fine” and walked away. I asked for the owner and he ignored me. His temperament was hostile- irrespective of whether he agreed with my feedback or not."
