"I went to Sephora this afternoon ( 8/18/24), trying eye pencils, picked up 3 eye pencils 2 Charlotte Tilbury double ended eye pencils and 1 Charlotte Tilbury regular black pencil when a saleswoman came up to me asked me to put everything in a basket in a threatening / intimidating tone ' I AM ASKING YOU TO PUT EVERTHING IN THE BASKET'. When i was in the line to pay, I saw people holding stuff in their hands and not in the basket. When I told her that why she asked me to put stuff in the basket when others holding things in their hands, she said that's because she didn't interact with them ((She passed everyone with no baskets and came directly to ask me to put stuff in the basket in a very very rude tone which other customers also noted)and said its our store policy. I responded that she should have been polite to which she responded she was. Will be returning all 3 pencils which were $100. Will rather give business to Ulta or will order directly from Charlotte Tilbury."

"I recently visited Sephora to return a mascara that I had purchased but was not satisfied with it as it kept smudging under my eyes. The lady (Charliese) assisting with returns was very skilled. She convinced me to try another brand that she personally uses and assured me that it would not have the same issue. I have noticed that this mascara doesn't smudge like the previous one. I am going to continue using it and see if it meets my expectations. I appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff at Sephora, and I am happy with the alternative product they recommended."
