"this is how they blow dried my hair. don't go here especially if you have curly or wavy hair. he hand feathered my hair while drying with a blow dryer, which is a huge no. he should have went straight to blow drying straight with a brush. they put nothing on your hair for the frizz. literally left with a mess I had to fix at home. can't do a simple blow dry smh."

"Made an appointment and when I arrived after 25 minutes they asked me to come back. Came back two hours later to get balayage and a haircut and was told price. I waited 30 minutes before they started on my hair and ended up in the chair for almost 4 hours. It was 7:10pm and too late to get my haircut so I anticipated a lower cost (especially since they didn’t give me a formal blowout either). Apparently balayage comes with a haircut- price included for both, no a la carte. The gentleman told me to come back another time for a haircut but I asked him if he could take it out of the price. He took $10 off only, which was disappointing for the amount I spent in total- especially since I KNOW a haircut isn’t just $10. I’ve never spent this much on my hair and considering prices nearly doubled/ 32% increase since I last went, I wouldn’t recommend a repeat return."

"It can be understood by straightening the hair that can be understood. In order to do business and drag you, I can also understand. The only thing I do n’t understand is that I am a straightened hair?Everything is shampoo after waiting for two days. Look, is this the state of straightening hair?The money does not spend less, but the hair is like this ... terrible."

"Beautiful new salon in the Annandale neighborhood. A friend recommended the salon after her positive review. Thank you for an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and escorted me to the woman who washed my hair. She took her time massaging and washing my hair which I appreciated. The stylist Ming did exactly what I asked for and remained professional throughout the whole process. I inquired if they also cut kids hair and they responded yes. Love the new salon and look forward to future visits!"
