"Employee was unhelpful, uneducated, unenthusiastic, and unfriendly towards diverse hair types. Had no knowledge nor products to recommend for my hair type and barely tried to assist while appearing uninterested and judgmental. Treated me like a lost cause, and made me anxious/insecure about my hair as though it was defective and problematic. I left with no advice for my hair type. The employee was comfortable allowing me to leave like that because she felt my hair type wasn’t common enough in the store to be prioritized."
"Writing this to con out the previous post. I am not what one would consider a minority and guess what lady they also walked about in the areas where I was. They do not have staff to post all around the store so when a person walks towards the back of the store their employees know to go to the back to show their employee presence. I highly recommend this store. I’ve been in Bayonne one year now and all I have received from them is great customer service. They have the right to post their employees where they see fit stop calling the race card because you had other intentions when you went into their establishment. All of their products have met my standards. I have actually been using their braiding hair for my clients when my bulk orders are delayed and the quality has never disappointed me."
