"I wasted my time coming here, its a 30 minute drive and I came five minutes early for my appointment. I called the owner to let her know I’m here and she says that shes on her way. Its now currently been 30 minutes past my appointment and am now leaving to go back because I don’t have time for this. Extremely unprofessional as per her to not even answer the phone multiple times afterwards. Do not bother booking here."

"Hands down the owner is a great stylist. The down side is her prices don' t match what's on her website. Another is if you make an appointment you will NEVER get your hair done/started at your appointment time. There is always a 1 - 2 hour wait after your appointment time. The point of an appointment right? If she can keep your appointment time and not start someone else's hair during your appointment time then she would be an EXCELLENT stylist. Note to owner: please don't have all day to spend in your salon, please be mindful of other peoples time. Its understandable if your a walk in but why should I have to wait hours when I made an appointment? Still debating if I should return as I don't have all day to spend in a salon that I don't work in. Someone needs to let you know this is unacceptable."
