"My husband purchased 4 gift cards for a Christmas gift. We booked one facial and 3 massage. A hour before the facial we were notified it was canceled due to a last minute emergency. I booked a deep tissue massage and the masseuse spent the whole time trying to loosen up muscles. But the time he was ready for a massage the time was up. I spent the time sleeping and I can say the best was the best time. I am a mom of 3 and work to jobs so any quiet time is a blessing. My aunt had to repeatedly tell the masseuse what and how to massage and still didn’t get what she wanted. Thank god my mother in law was able to get what she wanted and was happy with her service. I had to call over 5 times to call about a refund. I would never go here again or recommend."
