"I went to Sally’s in a hurry to find nail polish to match my daughters dress for prom. I walked in and Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. I told her I needed a baby blue nail polish. She walked over and found a light shade of blue but it wasn’t exactly the shade I was looking for. She looked up stores that would have the color I needed. I was so grateful. She was pleasant and very helpful! Thank you so much Ashley. I did end up finding the color at the store she recommended."

"I always expected Sally’s to have decent prices but on this trip, I found that everything was overpriced, and the price tags didn’t match up with the price at the register. I bought something that had a price tag of $5.49, and when I got to the register, it was $10. When I asked why, I was told because of management. The salesperson was extremely nice but she told me that everything in the store had incorrect prices."
"This store is always closed with no sign or with a sign that says they are on break. It’s the only one close to my home for me. There store hours online say they are open even when they are not. Then you go to the store and same thing. I don’t understand why. This is very inconvenient and false advertising. Please fix this so I can write a good review. Happy holidays"
