"First, this stylist is a Spanish speaker and may be able to communicate in English but not extensively. Second, she was very professional and did her best to try and make me feel better about how disappointed I was in the final product. Third, be forewarned that although she will confirm your preferences she will still move towards her own preferred style and insist that it is the trend. I was pleased with her professionalism but highly disappointed in the end result, which was thicker than I asked for, higher up than I asked for, and imprecise."
