"I came before and I never had a problem with my eyebrows. The lady mapped my eyebrows before, and when she finished the first one I could tell it was shortened and a chunk was taken out of the bottom. But the other eyebrow was fine. When I mentioned something, she said she didn’t touch or take anything off the end of my eyebrows. And not only that, but there was a bald spot as well. So she shortened and took a chunk of the end of my eyebrows. And the same thing with my sister. It looked like she had multiple bald spots. Not what I expected, and hoped for way better. Very disappointed."
