"I regret having to write this review. I just had a terribly disappointing experience at Prosper IV Yonkers. The young lady (a nurse, as she said), stuck 4 different needles in my arms, 4 different times. She actually even tried a vein in my hand. She kept sticking the needle in and fishing around for the vein. It was painful. She was shaking and her breathing was irregular. She said she'd "lost her confidence" after the second attempt and wanted to give up. She kept saying "she didn't think she was right the nurse for me" and that she was "off her game today". Huh? Lost confidence? Off your game? IS PROSPER IV JUST HIRING ANYONE OFF THE STREET? DO WE NEED TO CHECK MEDICAL CREDENTIALS BEFORE GETTING IV SERVICE? I wanted a quick hydration service before I travel out of the country tomorrow. Not only did I not get that, my arms are sore and my left arm, in particular, will likely have a big bruise tomorrow as it was painful to even bend for an hour. Just what I need on a tropical vacation. I was invited to return tomorrow morning before my flight and work with a manager, but I think I'll pass. I'll seek out IV drip service elsewhere. I had no idea this would be my experience when I walked in. MANAGEMENT - PLEASE DO BETTER WITH YOUR HIRING. YOU ALL ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE'S VEINS AND BLOOD HERE - THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE FISHING AROUND IN YOUR ARMS WITH A NEEDLE AND LEAVING YOU BRUISED. I BELIEVE I AM GOING TO CONTACT CORPORATE ABOUT THIS. I'M WORRIED ABOUT FUTURE CLIENTS."

"This place is amazing and with a demanding schedule the various treatments really keep me on track. Caitlyn and Tanoha are extremely knowledgeable and always answer all of my questions. Additionally, they’re very kind and personable and the needles are painless! I highly recommend Prosper IV Yonkers."

"After a bout of a GI bug, I was feeling punk so decided to give IV therapy a try. The staff was so knowledgeable about what I needed to put me on the road to recovery (I couldn’t get this at my physicians office ☹️). "I had the most enjoyable experience at Prosper IV today. The space is extremely clean, well designed, welcoming and, most important, expertly run. Smooth and easy sign up, check in and payment. A professional nurse is present to talk you through the process and ensure everything is done to medical standards. Staff was super helpful explaining options and assessing what treatment is right for you. Pricing very clear. Our group of three sat together (properly spaced) and had a chance to catch up. Great experience and really relaxing in these stressful times. And good for you too!! Will be back."
