"Love the bike path! It’s so beautiful and I see a lot of birds , deer, rabbits, and chipmunks! It’s sad that some people continue to toss their trash onto the path and into the creeks."

"This trail is infested with ticks, ever since the temperature got to 35 degrees my dog has had at least one tick on him after our walk and he has a soresto collar and I put a repellent spray on him. Just wanted to let other people know for there pups."

"The Clarence bike trail follows the right of way of an old railroad known as the "Peanut Line" so it is mostly level and straight. The Clarence portion of the trail starts at Transit road and runs 6.1 miles east to the Newstead town line. From there, the trail continues another several miles to the village of Akron. Total trail length is 17.9 miles. The trail passes through sub divisions, town parks, and farmland. It is a favorite of locals for biking, jogging, walking and has many places (benches, gazebos) along the trail to stop and rest if needed. The are several places to park to access the trail."
