GO Car Wash

"I prefer this car wash over Delta because they have a touch screen service. There's no pushy employee suggesting a higher price wash then needed. But lately there's an employee who stands next to the kiosk to input my selection. I just find it strange and extremely unnecessary though! I honestly don't feel comfortable handing this employee my debit card. I am fully capable of operating the touchscreen service by myself. Outside of that I'm happy with the place. I love to see the rainbow soap bubbles on top of my sunroof; it makes me smile."

"I paid for the monthly membership, but I'm not sure how valuable it will be for me since I live a few miles away. Overall, I think this is a good place. I actually like that people aren't wiping my car off at the end, since I never know if I should tip those folks. I also like that the vacuums are for use of members and car wash people only, so it isn't very crowded. It is very easy and convenient to get in and out. The one thing I'm cautious about is the lift gate bar (not sure what it is called) FELL DOWN as I was driving past it. I'm referring to the first one you wait to lift after your membership is scanned. It fell sideways somehow, so it didn't touch my car. After it clattered some staff came out to check what happened, but didn't talk to me since that wasn't needed. It almost seemed like this is a normal occurrence, which worries me because I'm not sure if they'd accept responsibility and repair a car if it gets hit."

"This car wash offered different pricing options, but I went with the cheapest one since all washes seemed to include the same basic cleaning. However, there was no hand drying service included. They provided a really powerful vacuum cleaner and compressed air for self-service, along with some drying towels. Unfortunately, the towels were all gone when I finished washing my car, which was a bit frustrating."

"Just stopped by this car wash, and wow, talk about service with a smile! The staff were super friendly, greeting me as soon as I rolled in. They were attentive, and the external cleaning? Top-notch! My car hasn't sparkled like they made it in ages. My wheels were shining and the vacuums had great suction to clean my car. Definitely going back next time my car needs a wash."
