Pure Dental - Manorville

"Update: filed a claim with my insurance who informed me this practice provided incorrect information & tried to get me to pay fees I am NOT responsible for paying. To future customers, please check with your respective insurance before paying. This practice a patient due to the poor work done (bonding which chipped several times) & forcing me to pay what I am not obligated to. I understand it is a cosmetic office and the goal is to do cosmetic work but veneers (not covered by insurance) really seem to be pushed here. Would not recommend this practice. I was a first time patient who went to this office to have a chipped tooth bonded, which I previously had done before 3 times. Those all lasted. The one I had done here had to be redone 3 times. And now I’m left with a chip because they want me to get a veneer. I’m moving to a new practice after having an issue with their billing team. I was told X-rays were covered by my insurance as per the information they had then I was asked to pay for them. My insurance told me that was never the correct information that they relayed to me. Though the dentist here have good bedside manners, I overall don’t like how the practice is run. And super disappointed that this is the only dental office where my bonding does not last."

"Absolutely amazing experience every single time. Staff is friendly, appointments are accommodating, dentists are helpful and truly care. I can’t say enough good things. I needed an implant, Dr Rhodes was more than willing to help me when my flipper needed to be fixed. All the front desk staff have been thoughtful and kind, Amanda, Samantha and Meredith. Love them all. Such a nice place. And the seats you sit in for your exam have a massage option!"

"I was a new patient at Total Dental care. I was so impressed with this dental office. I recommended this location to my entire family. When I called to set up my first appointment they were very patient and helpful. When I arrived the staff at the front desk welcomed us with smiles and were so helpful. The office was so clean! “Elvis” was my dental hygienist. I had a deep cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He made sure to get into every single area. He was patient, made sure I was comfortable and I loved that they he applied plastic stick ons to all areas that are frequently used. I look forward to my next cleaning with “Elvis”. I found my forever hygienist and dental office! The dentist checked my mouth at the end and was also very pleasant. I could go on and on. If you are nervous about visiting a new dental office, look no further. Thank you for making this my best dental experience ever! I look forward to many more visits."

"From the moment I walked into Pure Dental in Manorville, I felt welcomed and a part of the Pure Dental family! Each and ever member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best it could be – as if I were a family member! It was evident that I was nervous and I did have many questions. Dr. Vibert and the staff made sure each question was answered and I never felt as though my visit was rushed. Shortly before my scheduled surgery, I received a call from the anesthesiologist who would be with me the entire time during my surgery. I was asked a lot of questions pertaining to my medical history. This provided me with great comfort. Just a few hours after arriving home post-surgery, I received a call from the anesthesiologist as well as the nurse that took great care of me to check on how I was and if I had any questions. I could not have expected a more perfect outcome. It has been a year and I have not had any problems or pain. I am enjoying life with my new teeth, perfect smile and the added pleasure of not having to wonder and worry about what’s next – another root canal, another pulled tooth, pain and the fear of losing or chipping another tooth. I would love to mention by name the many professionals I saw during each visit but do not want to leave anyone out. There was truly not one single person that did not exceed my expectations."
