"I would not recommend going here; my 19 years just came off my plan; the doctor saw my son for five minutes to convince him he needed all four teeth removed even though the two bottom wisdom teeth erupted from the gums. Then, he went on to send him out of the office for a special scan. My son left the office in pain with my clear plan of action. One business day later, we were hit with a bill over two hundred dollars. Mind you, we brought an X-ray to him, or it would have been double that. This office money grabs at your wallet. 5 minutes of a doctor's time does not constitute a $210.00 bill. The consultation should have happened after the doctor had all scans in his hand. Especially considering the child had no dental insurance. Update: March of 2024, this office sent our family an unprofessional accusatory letter. They expressed their displeasure with our feedback on this post. They also accused us of "personally pocketing" an alleged insurance reimbursement. We were never informed by this office that they attempted to bill our insurance, nor did we get a payment. Usually, medical offices that bill insurance companies will contact their patients and give identifying reimebursment information to locate the payment. Communication is key, especially since my son was uninsured during this service. We are frustrated by the lack of communication from this office and their unwillingness to come to a resolution. We have requested that Dr. Beck's office send the insurance information to us in writing so we can investigate the alleged reimbursement. If the insurance company made a payment, it is only fitting that the payment be returned to the insurance carrier. While others may have received welcoming service from Dr. Beck's office, our experience continues to be less than ideal."

"I've had 3 implants with Dr Beck, and I would not think of going anywhere else. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you're white-knuckled in the dentist chair, as I usually am. Dr Beck is fantastic, and I love his office staff. I almost want to need another implant just to go back and see them."
