"This office has amazing dentists I wish I could say the same about the front desk. I have never seen such unprofessional people in my life. They are on their phone ignoring patients that are right in front of them. Or they will turn and talk to one another as if they cannot hold a conversation when they are not busy with someone right in front of them. When I called to make an appointment they were so rude and unhelpful. I was hospitalized the night prior and they did not give me an appointment until a week later. I would not be surprised if patients do not come back because of how terrible their front desk is."
"Worse place they are always over book they make you wait so long I got a root canal and my tooth hurts all the time ( I call to make an emergency appointment) cause my left side of my face is swollen and I am in pain… but they couldn’t accommodate me they told me to go to emergency room ( they rude and very unprofessional) I am never going back there"
"The front staff are absolutely despicable. They are exceedingly rude and obnoxious. They blatantly ignore patients that are checking in— and no, it is not due to them being busy. They have three female front desk staff and not one can acknowledge patients properly. Hospitality should be extended to all medical patients by all staff, especially those greeting/ helping patients as they come in. Any positive review below mentioned must be paid for/ fake."
"Horrible place to go to, very unprofessional. They have you waiting for long hrs and if you are having pain/discomfort, they would not try to accommodate you to see a Dentist and KEEP in MIND they canceled your appointment multiple times and there’s no penalty for them!!but if it’s the other way around then you get penalized and have to pay the cancellation fee $50.00. If I could give a zero start i would definitely do it so for your own sanity avoid this place at all cost!!!"
"Been coming here for years and every time it’s at least an hour wait and then at least an extra 30 min on the chair. They left me waiting in the room just to tell me I can leave. This place has to fix their times or something idk somethings wrong. If you have unlimited time to spare yeah come to this place I guess"
