"The current entire STAFF of Horizon Orthodontics will forever keep my family, friends, and company of 500 strong AWAY from decent Orthodontia. Their new doctor was nice but I will never again deal with such a rude and unprofessional group of miserable people. FACT: Horizon Orthodontics are legally obligated to take the braces that they installed off of your child. When they try to persuade you otherwise and you still want them off, they will still schedule you for an appointment (after having to go there in person from blowing off my phone messages and when you show up in person, they will ask why you didn't leave a message. Ha!). Then, when you show up for your 10:30 appointment (which I wrote in my book...10:30), they will say your appointment was at 10. After they battle with you in front of your child, you show them your book that says 10:30 but then they say "you wrote it down wrong". Also, is it ethical that Horizon Orthodontics bill YOU after they confirm that your insurance was accepted? Hey doc, I suggest you give your staff some of that N2O (laughing gas) on a Friday before you fire them."
