"Made a reservation over the phone for an hour long couple's massage. The sheets smelled a bit wet and looked stained, but that may have been from the little natural light. The headrest of my bench had damage on it around the head hole so while laying on my stomach it actually hurt my chin. Massage rooms are right off of the main lobby, where they were playing loud dance music so you could hear it the entire massage. It was very distracting as they didn't play any music in the massage room. The massage was ok, but neither of us were asked any questions before beginning. The woman doing my massage was pretty good, but she had long nails that pinched me by accident a few times. Also, she didn't keep me covered when it was time to flip onto my back so i had to awkwardly cover my chest with my hands while turning over while they both looked at me. I have never experienced that ever. The woman who was massaging my boyfriend was also working the front desk so she took 2 phone calls on speakerphone during the massage and left to go to the front desk when the front door bell rang 5 times. This was very distracting, unprofessional, and unfair to my boyfriend. When they finished up, it had only been 45 minutes when we ordered and paid for an hour. They also asked us directly how much we wanted to tip after I gave my card while both staring at us. It was incredibly uncomfortable. When I got the receipt to sign, it actually had the standard space to add tip, so there was no reason she had to ask us face to face. Seemed like a tactic to pressure customers to spend more. Ending up paying $150 for a mediocre massage in a unkept place that was 25% shorter than advertised. This is without a doubt the best priced massage place in the area, and the women were nice, but we will not be returning."

"I treated my husband for Father's Day there and it was wonderful! Great price for a couples deep tissue massage. They asked questions and listened! We will be back for sure. And don't judge it just on appearances. This place is a gem!"

"Absolutely amazing experience for my wife and I. As stated by another reviewer, do not judge a book by its cover. Houses around the business are not that great looking, and the interior of the business itself could use a little freshening up. However, that did not interfere with my wife and I both receiving incredible massages. There were two tables and two massage therapists, so my wife and I were able to get massages simultaneously which saved us time. Best hourly rate in our area, and I felt like the woman doing my massage really knew what she was doing. I could feel her pushing on different pressure points and stretching my body. As a professional musician/music teacher who spends a lot of time using my hands and sitting during the day this was just what I needed! Contrary to what some of the other reviewers here have stated, my wife and I were both asked before starting whether we wanted light medium or hard pressure during our massages. The woman doing my massage kept asking me during my massage if everything was OK as she was digging into some pressure points. Do not let the stigma surrounding some Asian massage businesses in our area prevent you from supporting these wonderful people and enjoying what they have to offer. My wife and I were both so relaxed after our massages that we both wanted to take a nap. Found out that they offer a membership option where you can get a reduced price on their hourly rate. Seriously considering doing that, because I know that my wife and I will be coming back to Love Song Spa at least once a month."

"My wife and I were in the area for our Anniversary. We called around to different massage parlors and this place by far had the best rates! It was only $120 for the two of us for a whole hour all together! DO NOT judge a book by its cover. By that, I mean DO NOT judge the surrounding area and the outside of the building. It’s what’s on the inside that counts. I believe the people that took care of us were a couple and the owners. Very professional and polite. We called ahead but even if we didn’t, I believe they still would of gotten us right in. This was by far THE BEST massage I have ever had! It is a little painful at first because they specialize in deep tissue, but just remember to breathe, and trust the process. These people know what they are doing. I began to relax and before I knew it, I was completely pain free! My wife and I were very impressed with our experience and we felt amazing afterwards and still do! I highly recommend coming here."

"Professional people and got us right in for our couples massage even though we were a little early for our appointment. However they did not ask any questions like what type of massage we would like, or if there were any areas of our bodies they should avoid or take care with. My husband and I had never been there before, we went into what looks like a bad apartment, and were asked to undress. They did deep tissue massage with oils and used hot stones on us. We both have pre-existing arthritis and I have chronic back pain. These people were so rough with us we felt like we were being tortured the whole time even after asking them to be more gentle. We are still having major pain 24hrs later and can barely move. I do not recommend going here, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions."
