"Overall great customer care. Was really nervous to take my car to any shop for the work that needed to be done. However, despite Joe being really busy, he took the time out to look at my car and schedule me an appt. I went to 2 other shops before Rustys and they didn't even blink in my direction before they said they were too busy. Joe was willing to reschedule my appointment due to late delivery of my tires. Dropped my car off around 9am and had it back by 3pm. Pricing was reasonable and fair. Even quoted me for other repairs that my car needs. Never felt pressured to get them done right away. I won't be going anywhere else for my car repairs. Thanks again!"

I stopped, asked if he could diagnose it quickly and he did it and fixed it all under an hour.
