"I had an amazing experience at this office today! Had to get a tooth pulled for the first time and I was terrified. Dr. Harel put me at ease from the moment he entered the room. He was so nice and made me feel completely comfortable. I barely felt the needles, he was great. Also his assistant, Erika was so sweet and never left my side! She even put on some music of my choice to listen to while I had my procedure which helped so much with my anxiety. More than comfortable! I started anxiously crying my eyes out upon seeing the local anesthetic needle, and Dr. Marquis did not rush me or get irritated. She paused, repeatedly asked me if I am comfortable with proceeding, and assured me that if I was not comfortable, she can stop at any time! Your thoughts, words, and actions match top of the line professional work/care! And Asst. Alex: your overview of post-operative care was thorough, diligent, articulate, and extremely helpful. Your understanding and encouragement during the numbing and waiting period helped me push through my fears! Excellence is not enough to describe this team and their care.
