"The old lady who works there is so unpleasant and disrespectful. Shocking that she still has a job. I used to go here daily since I moved to the area years ago. After tonight I'm done. I'm going elsewhere. She is beyond disrespectful to customers is mind blowing."

"This is my local gas station. I've been frequenting the location almost daily my whole life and have had extensive, consistently unpleasant experiences with the older lady with salt and pepper hair, and a cane sometimes. Now, I come from a long background of helping disabled children and working for disadvantaged people...so I am the last person to be rude, disrespectful, or say things with a lack of thought and intention. There is 0 reason to treat people as poorly as she does. There are other workers in there that are PHENOMENAL and actually turn a gas station trip into a happy moment where ya might catch a laugh or a smile. But ol' reliable with the glasses consistently ruins any customer relations and it is to the point where I don't know if I will return again. It seems other people on here, as well as my neighborhood unanimously agree with me. Last night I made this fact clear to her after another incident, not in a rude way at all, but constructively, and now I am here. This needs to change."

"The employees at this gas station are so unpleasant. I work next door to them and on the days I want to walk over there on my lunch I have the worst experience. No one says hello, they all seem miserable all the time. They never stock enough of anything so maybe once every 2 weeks I can get wat I actually want. But my main complaint are the employees. I have never seen so many miserable employees in one place they are rude when they speak to the customers and act like doi g their job is a big inconvenience. From now on it will be worth getting in my car and driving down the road to speedway where those employees are very welcoming and are so pleasant. Its sad that now I can't just walk over on my break but not dealing with the rudeness of sunocos employees is well worth me driving down the road. Speedway is now my new gas station."
