"Poor Service, Damaged Tires, Lack of Accountability I recently had my tires changed at Just Joes, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to notify me about the damage caused during the process, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. Upon inspecting my tires after the service, I noticed clear signs of damage that were not present before. What's more frustrating is that no one from the company bothered to inform me about the issue. Communication is key in any service, and the complete silence on their part was both unprofessional and disheartening. When I raised this concern with the owner, I received an unsatisfactory response. The owner claimed not to have spent $10,000 on a rim removal machine for it to cause damage, essentially shifting blame and deflecting responsibility. Furthermore, I was informed that they don't inspect tires for damage after removal. This lack of post-service inspection and the owner's dismissive attitude towards the damage are concerning. Customers deserve transparency and accountability when entrusting their vehicles to a service provider. I share this experience with the hope that Just Joes reflects on their practices. Customers deserve a service provider that takes responsibility for their actions and provides solutions rather than placing blame on external factors."
