About the Business

Harry's Barn

Welcome to Harry's Barn, a charming and rustic N.Y. State Farm Brewery located at 1724 Holman City Road, Paris, New York. While we are currently closed to the general public due to local restrictions, we invite you to stay tuned for updates on our reopening and rescheduled events, including the much-anticipated Clydesdale Event.

At Harry's Barn, we offer an inviting escape to simpler times, nestled in the picturesque countryside. Our brewery is steeped in history and family memories, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment with your loved ones. Indulge in our handcrafted beers, ciders, and wines, each crafted with a commitment to quality and local sourcing.

Our beer selection includes a full-bodied stout with a big malt taste, a flavorful hazy brew with crisp hop nuances, and a smooth ale with hints of roasted caramel. For cider lovers, we offer a farm-to-table cider made from a blend of six different apple varieties grown on the Collins Homestead. Additionally, our gluten-free options and a variety of natural flavors ensure there's something for everyone.

Join us at Harry’s Champagne Bar for a taste of elegance with selections like the Gold Seal Charles Fournier Blanc de Blancs N.Y. Champagne or enjoy classic cocktails like our nostalgic Gin cocktail. Our non-alcoholic offerings include Ginger Beer, Root Beer, and Sparkling Lemonade.

Our mission is to grow as much of our own ingredients as possible, and we're proud to collaborate with local suppliers. We've planted over 500 hops plants, 200 fruit trees, and had our first barley field harvested with the help of a local farmer.

Owned by Cynthia Collins and Barbara Collins Griffin, Harry's Barn is a tribute to their Irish heritage and family legacy. Their great-great-grandfather, an Irish immigrant from Galway, laid the foundation for what we cherish today.

We look forward to welcoming you soon to Harry's Barn, where you can enjoy the beauty of the farm, the warmth of family, and the joy of a well-crafted drink. Stay connected for updates, and thank you for your continued support.

"Had an awesome time hanging out at this brewery and highly recommend!! Very generous flights, good beer, and great ambiance. Lots of outdoor seating, with umbrellas for shade and well thought out lighting and lanterns, a big fire pit, corn hole, and life size chess. (Although could use some additional tiki torches or the like up by the corn hole and chess areas) Tons of beautiful wide open space to enjoy, and a pasture next door completes the relaxing, country vibe. There are inexpensive snacks for sale and then there’s also some food (I think burgers and hot dogs). I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town and hope despite it being off the beaten path that people will check out this unique, scenic brewery!"
