"The Greenport Maritime Museum takes a guided cruise to the lighthouse every Saturday evening on the Peconic Star 3 . The boat which goes fishing at 730 daily is comfortable and clean and the funny mate said hello and goodbye to us in about 11 different languages and the tour is educational with the added charm of ghost stories told by the museum staff."

"The East End Maritime Museum Long Beach Bar Lighthouse Cruise was a fantastic your around and into the Lighthouse that is in Peconic Bay. The tour leaves Greenport Harbor and takes about 20 minutes to get to the Lighthouse and actually gains you access to the historic building. The tour lasts about 2 hours total and is worth every penny. The team from the museum is knowledgeable, helpful and mindful of getting on and off the Lighthouse. Spectacular views of the bay and Orient Point State Park."
