"Always great hired staff and in most cases the food is pleasant but… I have yet to enjoy a fresh chicken cutlet. I was dissatisfied because this was maybe the 4th time it was an old piece of meat. I could barely eat my sandwich it was so hard and discolored. I would really like for this location to take their food prep serious again. I probably won’t be back sadly."

"Was a loyal fan of this place until today. I grabbed two bagels with cream cheese and while eating it the test got more and more sour then my girlfriend bit into hers and notice the same thing taste like it was made with spoiled cream or milk. As a loyal customer I know something was not right so I called (not looking for any refund in anyway) just to give them a heads up that something was not right but the owner was not the nicest and literally said to me verbatim “you complain but we make freshy freshy” and refused to even hear me out even though I was trying to help them. Lost me as a customer sad because it’s the only bagel place by my but if you going to treat your customers like that then oh well! I’ll go somewhere else"
