"Beyond disappointed with my bagel this morning. Nothing like looking forward to a fresh bagel before work and u open and find this.…BURNT. Who in the right mind would think it’s ok to wrap and serve this to a customer. I would understand if it’s towards the end of the day, the employee is tired and what not but seriously it’s 6:15am, the bakery opens at 6. Waste of money and my time this morning. Very disappointed!!!!"

"See this is my 2nd review on here. Once again another order messed up lol.. order sausage egg and cheese on roll. Got that except added a whole bunch of bacon . I used to get bacon egg and cheese but not a fan of how they cook n prepare the bacon on ur sandwich...other than that they're usually Great but lately it's been a hit or miss"
"When I first walked in, I almost wept. Don't be like me, wandering around from place to place. Just go here. Not only do they bake pastries, amazing jelly donuts & crumb cakes but they also make breads, bagels & egg sandwiches. Fantastic stop for souvenirs before heading home w/an airport nearby. In fact, we returned on our last day of the trip to get breakfast on the go, my favorites: BEC (bacon, egg, cheese on a poppy roll--they offer poppy, sesame & plain) & those amazing NY jelly doughnuts. The nice lady gave us the sugar one for free when we told her we wanted the powdered sugar one instead! And I now have a new favorite! You can't get this anywhere else outside NY."
