"Love the bagels, I drive from Lake Grove for them, but it depends on server if you get any butter or cream cheese on your bagel. This trip bagel had at most 1 tbl butter if I scraped it off to measure. Most of bagel was dry. Owner s/have employees make them a bagel to see if they can do it.Could not tell which bagel had cream cheese. It was just as flat as buttered bagel. My company orders from here also and big plus is that they pre-slice if you want. Still a great bagel. Opens early."

"My family’s been coming here for a while but the place has really gone downhill with the kids who work there now.. Was rushed while getting my order taken, I was only able to say half my order before the girl walked away to start making it.. when she comes back I asked if I could get salt pepper ketchup on it- she opens the sandwich where it’s cut and coats the front of it in salt pepper and ketchup.. the quality and care this place once had is gone, I’ve had other messed up orders recently, but never posted a review because it’s a busy place and things happen.. but it’s boiling down to lack of effort and consideration."

"A nice place to get bagels. They were conscious of customer safety for Covid. Only 5 people in the store at a time. Social distance in and out. The bagels were hot and fresh, crispy. I ordered my usual everything with butter. Thr bagel was delicious however, a bit on the lopsided, uneven in shape. It still tasted great though!"
