"I am an elderly man with two children, working for DoorDash to make money. Today, there was an incredible amount of rain, and there was no parking available. So, I went to the pick-up window and called the number, stating that it was raining heavily outside and there was no parking. I requested that they hand over the order to me at the window, but I was refused and got drenched in that rain. This was very embarrassing. When did people become so bad and forget Jesus?"

"We were in Kings Park to get somethings. We were hungry and we LOVE bagels. We knew someone who lived in the house next to the building. The store is immaculately clean and the staff was quick to take our order. It was perfect and the coffee delicious. We will be back in the area in the near future. Definitely worth the visit."

"I usually go here once a week but last week I ordered an egg sandwich. I got home and opened the sandwich and there were THREE hairs in my sandwich. I calmed down because I was hungry and pissed, then I chatted with them and they said that they would make me a new one or drop off my refund. I told them I didn’t want a new one because my appetite was ruined and they asked me to send pictures of the sandwich which was already in the garbage. I told them that and they never replied and never made it right. To add to their comment: as I stated yes that was offered and they asked for a picture and I said it’s in the garbage, they never replied. There was no follow up on their refund after I told them I couldn’t take a picture."

"So disappointed. Placed order on their website for a bacon egg and cheese on onion bagel. Went to pick it up, guy at the window asked if I had a sausage egg and cheese - nope. Told him what I ordered, he asked the cook, said it would be ready in 1 min. Came back with a wrapped sandwich, told me my total was $8 (less than what I paid online, but whatever). Told him I paid online. When I got home to eat, opened my sandwich, and it’s a sausage egg and cheese on an egg everything. Exactly what I told him I didn’t order. Chatted with them to give them the chance to make it right - 30 mins, no response. Terrible service."
