"Classic Long Island bagel shop. Really solid bagel sandwiches, and I loved the BEC. A small selection of drinks, and not a lot of different cream cheeses compared to other places. "Ever since the new owner took over at this place, how ever many years ago, it’s just been going down hill. The original owner was so friendly and welcoming, the new people just aren’t that. The other day I got a bacon egg and cheese and the girl didn’t put bacon on it. After asking 5 separate times about it. I called and Tom told me I would get a free replacement. I went back and was getting it made and they went to charge me and I told them Tom said it would be free. They said well the bacon is free you still have to pay for the egg cheese and bagel. So because they messed up I still have to pay when I told I wasn’t going to need to. They don’t care about their customers in the slightest. I’m just so done with these business over charging and taking advantage of their customers. Don’t bother going here. They lie to you to get you to come back."

"I just moved to the area and was trying a different bagel place for breakfast every morning. This place makes the best egg everything bagels. I ordered the same thing at every place, which is an egg everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and not only does this one taste the best but it was the cheapest. Win win"
"Very good bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Rolls are fresh and bagels crisp on the outside and soft inside. Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon freshly made hot and crispy! Coffee is very good. Restrooms are very clean. Prices are average but this place is better quality and IMO a better value compared to the others in the area we've tried. It was worth the detour we make on our way to work to stop here for breakfast."
