"I wanted to make this my staple when needing deli sandwiches, via delivery app, however; two months ago, I’d ordered food from Citi Bagels and when it was delivered, It had a rotten smell, which she told me of course the cold cuts were rotten. Today for the first time in a couple of months, I ordered again, hoping that it would be a better experience, but the hero bread used to make my sandwich is not edible being as it’s beyond stale. I can barely bite into it to pull a piece off."
