"I was trying to find a cake for Father’s Day. Dominican cake is my dad’s favorite. I had driven by the store one day and remembered. She had one left. I was able to pay by Zelle and picked it up. Best luck ever. It was fresh and moist. Everyone loved it. Can’t wait to try it again."

"This was not my first time ordering a cake from this bakery and we have always been pleased. I ordered a cake for my son's graduation dinner. I sent a deposit and all the details, days prior. The day before the event, I received a text if I still wanted the order, I was annoyed because I had already sent the deposit and all of the details. I thought the deposit secured my order. That was straightened out. My parents picked up the cake and had to wait when they got there and were told to drive carefully with the cake. Within ten minutes of driving the cake was already leaning. After 20 minutes the cake fell completely apart. I texted the baker and she stated that someone must've hit the breaks hard. I responded and told her no. She then told me that 29 other people picked up cakes and there were no complaints. Needless to say we didn't have a cake for the graduation dinner and there was no attempt in trying to rectify the bakery's mistake. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and how my complaint was completely dismissed. I think that with the amount of money spend on the cake some sort of accommodation should have absolutely been made."
