"I have been going to Millers since the 70s. My mom introduced me to my first cupcake at 2 yrs old there. Whenever I am in the area I go in and buy a dozen cupcakes. Last Sunday my husband and I stopped in after 3pm since we were in the area as usual I got my little girl face on and got my dozen cupcakes. They are usually gone by the second day, they are so good. This time I was disappointed. I couldn't eat and enjoy them ,they were so dry. I spent over 30 dollars only to throw them away. I wrote an email to Millers twice and No Response. Yiur customer of 50 years and you can't even respond. Maybe give me a credit for next time and hopefully they won't be like that again. But nothing.Again So disappointed. You are a part of my childhood memories. You spoiled it this time with a bad tasting cupcake."

"Wish I could give 0 stars!!! We ordered a cake for a grad party, paid and everything. Everything was finalized and then the day of the party they tell me they do not have an order. I have to scramble last minute to find a cake for my party. The next day I come to sort out the details of the refund plus time wasted and they are ON VACATION!! How do you close up shop and not let me know on the phone the day before?! GOING ON VACATION WITH THE MONEY YOU NEED TO REFUND ME! Wasted my money, time, gas and caused unnecessary stress on a day that was meant for celebration. Now I need to wait a week to get my money back? This is unacceptable!! Don't understand how a business could be run so unprofessionally!!"

"We have been customer's of Miller's Bakery for over 40 years. Having said that, our last couple of experiences have been very disappointing. We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake last week, we could not believe how THIN the strawberry layer was. When I called the bakery, they asked me to email them photos of the cake, we complied. She assured me when she received the email she would call me back. She never called. I called back and spoke to the lady again. She says they are making the strawberry layer thinner. It's shameful that a bakery that has been around 90 years is cutting corners on the recipes and raising the prices of their product. The woman began to mock me and was rude. IT'S THE POOR ATTITUDE , BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHODDY PRODUCT I GIVE MILLER'S A POOR RATING. TIME FOR A NEW BAKERY!"

"my husband ordered my birthday cake from here and it was simply amazing! it tasted great! it was so fresh and flavorful! sometimes theres cakes tend to be stale because they are made in advance but this cake was super moist and stayed moist even after cutting it open! got so many compliments on this cake! would for sure order from here again!"
