"I went there the other day to pick up some patties. While I was there, I saw one of the employees making a derogatory, discriminatory comment towards a patron who was there to buy food with a friend/family member. This patron was LGBT and was treated horribly. When the friend/family member spoke up, advocated and corrected the employee, there was no accountability. The employee thought it was funny.That was just awful and mean. We can all have our opinions, but as a professional place of business that this person was coming to support, they should've been treated with kindness and respect at the very least, period. I have been coming here for years and I am so disappointed to see that this is how this establishment is run. There was no management on site to ensure professional conduct or accountability. I do not recommend supporting this business at all! Golden Crust is right down the block and so is Vybz Kitchen. Try those places, you will have a better experience."

"I have been coming to this restaurant since it first opened. I have always stated they have the best beef patties ever !!! Now that they cater, I have them do all my events. Everyone raves about their food and is always asking me who cooked the food! 10/10 recommend them for regular take out and for all your catering needs!"

"Two stars because this was my go to patty place so Im shocked at the patties and coconut bulla I received today. The patties were mostly crust, they had very little filling. I ordered chicken, beef, shrimp, and fish and they were all the same. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for a patty they better be filled properly. The coconut bulla was also extremely dry and tastes mostly like essence. I’m not pleased at all. I understand the prices are increasing but why charge more and not keep the quality. I spend good money when I visit this bakery. Not sure if I’ll be coming back."

"Food is good and staff is ok but….. I was helping a friend move so I got hungry. I went to this location and got 3 spicy patties and 3 coco breads. I paid the lady for the items and left, I don’t live in the area so I was eating on the way home. When I got to my 3rd patty and coco bread, there was no beef patty just a coco bread in the bag. I don’t know if she was distracted or just forgot or maybe she thought she put the patty in there but there was no patty. If I ever go back to this location I will have to check my order before I leave. Once you leave the store is he say she say."
