"I love Starbucks. You can usually find me in Starbucks several times a week. I have good and not so good(but not 100% bad) experiences. This location has always been a good one for me and my kids. Every time we come in the staff are friendly and do greet us. My order is always perfect. Sometimes you can tell a lot about a location based on the way your drinks and food is made. What’s even better about this Starbucks is the manager David. I have NEVER witnessed a SB manager come by and speak to the customers and even offer to take their trash for them. That’s top tier management!!!! That makes me grateful that I came from the south Bronx to come here. The atmosphere is nice being that it’s inside of the mall with the amount of traffic that. Overall I will pass 4 different SB again just to come here."
"The girls in the register was chitchatting while ignoring the whole 4 min I was waiting on line to give order. When I asked can I order, the girl (medium tall - were wearing white t-shirt, in the register who was standing back facing saw me and turned back and the barista guy asked for my order. When I wanted to order spicy strawberry the seasonal drink, he said he ran out of it. And everyone was talking, nobody seem to care or say sorry. This is a ridiculous place, the girls needs some moral trainings. For regular customers, this is extremely disappointing and ridiculous. Never coming here."
"Happened to be at Bay Plaza so I decided to try the Starbucks her for the first time. Went inside to order a Java Chip Frappuccino, it was the worst I’ve ever had there were big ice chunks in my drink each sip I took all I tasked was ice, honestly I thought I was having a snow cone with whip cream for a second… it was fresh and tasteless would not recommend please try another location cause this ain’t it."
"Today i went to store and ordered 1 cup of caramel farappuccino i drank some and found out there was hair inside the cup i went back and showed them, the person who made that cup said don't worry i will make another one for you, and than another person made another cup and gave it to me and she’s didn't said sorry and expressed dissatisfaction and told me to try again because she’s didn't want us to come back again. I think she is racist and very rude to customers."
