"Such a disappointment. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to listen to my concerns. We were placed directly in the middle of two different families with a bunch of small children instead of in our own lane. After I mentioned my son has autism and struggles being around that many people, she shrugged her shoulders and made it very clear she would not move us to another lane. Instead, she suggested we leave. If that is how you treat a child with special needs, I will never spend another dime at this establishment. We always go during the week at an hour we know not many people will be there. Why she felt the need to bunch us all together is beyond me. Another couple came in while we were leaving, and she had no problem giving them their own lane. Make it make sense. It seems a bit like discrimination towards the special needs community to me. I’ll spend my money elsewhere."

"First time visiting, and it was a blast!!! The gentleman that helped us was very welcoming and friendly and simply pleasant!!!! The place was spacious and clean. There were lots of arcade games and I even saw some pool tables. Had a blast!!! Would definitely go back!!!!"

"The bar definitely needs attention! My friends and I wanted a drink and had to wait for someone to come to the bar and there weren’t many options. We didn’t enjoy our drinks since they didn’t have a real menu and just got a mixed drink. (The person at the bar wasn’t very friendly either). Service was slow and took time away from designated time slot. The lanes were slow in bringing the pins. Prices were super affordable and that’s the only reason I would return."
