Our process begins early each morning in our cozy apartment kitchen, where we meticulously prepare the dough. With an emphasis on quality over quantity, each loaf is baked in our oven, four at a time, ensuring the utmost attention to detail and flavor. Our sourdough breads are a labor of love, taking 36 hours from start to finish to develop their rich taste and delightful texture.
