"Part of being a good business is listening to your customers orders and taking them properly. I said my order 3 times to her sausage egg and cheese on a toasted everything with salt pepper ketchup. Said that twice she repeated it wrong forgetting the salt pepper ketchup so I said to her salt, pepper, ketchup. Well guess what no salt pepper ketchup on the sandwich. It’s frustrating when your taking something to go and you can’t go back and it is not right after repeating it multiple times besides food being good the front of house needs to be on point."

"The lady at the front desk needs better customer service. I actually like this place, but today this lady was really a piece of work. My wife doesn't like cheese or anything else on her pancakes and I asked the lady to not put in same container. This lady gave me so much push back about how this is a hungry man meal. Why do I want to separate the faces she gave me when I asked her why is this such a problem. I couldn't believe that I was getting so much attitude about separating my food."
"Went there yesterday which was a Sunday 03/24/2024 with my wife and kids for breakfast and this stupid lady take my order waited there about 35 minutes just for 3 bagels than I told the lady look there are Tropicana lemonade which they are expired my kid had open one explained to the lady didn’t pay mind to it than , than she ask did you order yet , Lady you took my order she started looking for my order it was done and cold ,lady gave me an attitude I just look at the lady shook my head and pay got out ,"
"LOVED THIS BAGEL SHOP!!! Customer service is spectacular!!! I believe had the pleasure of meeting Ray!! He was super sweet and professional!!! I ordered an egg bagel which I don’t believe I’ve ever done with some butter and it was amazinggggg!! Nice, warm and toasted! The shop was superrrr clean, everything organized in its place! Love this place and will be back in the future!"
