"Price is horrific. How can i bagel with cream cheese cost more than $7 dollars. No way that the service they provide is this way. If they had an AC working in this hole in the wall i would understand I am paying for the electric bill. This is a ripoff!"

"The bagels are on point but the customer service was a complete miss. We came in 40min before they closed. We were patient as one person ahead of us completed their order. It took another 10min to be acknowledged and when we asked for additions to our bagel were told the grill was turned off. I’ve worked in food service. To have the grill off ten minutes before close is reasonable but 40min?! It was clear they didn’t want to service us. Despite the hype, I would avoid this spot."
"Among the best in the 5 boroughs (the only Bronx bagelry ranked on Eater's 22 Best Bagel Joints in NYC. See photo.) The bagels are crisp on the outside, chewy inside and big. Spreads are appropriately generous making a perfect meal which I partake in almost any time of the day! It is a small store, no seating, no frills. Just great bagels and spreads and a few other items like Bev's, cookies and chips to go. Also, ample free parking in shopping center across the street."
"Great nook for all your bagel cravings! Great quality of in-house made bagels--toasted or not, makes an amazing compliment of flavors of cream cheese (spicy red cherry peppers are my fav!!). Their breaky sandwiches are great, as well! Small nook that delivers a powerful punch!! Highly recommend this place!"
