"Very disappointed. The cookies were extremely stale and tasted as if the only ingredient added was sugar. The cupcake was also very stale and had no flavor at all. The icing on the cupcake had a very strange taste - not good at all. I wish I went somewhere else to purchase my bakery items. Please save your money by not coming here."

"I purchased a few items today and asked the person several times if I was purchasing an apple pie. Come to find out it is an expensive peach pie, and since we don’t eat peach pie, it is an expensive paper weight. The same with a napoleon… I asked for “the one on the left” and I was given the “one on the right” which was completely different and made of spongy cake instead of phyllo dough."

"I ordered a cake with special instructions and when I received it, the script was very squiggly. I was a little bit disappointed and told the baker that I didn’t like it. He tells me that I insulted his work. I ask the lady if I can get a refund and she tells me to come after 5pm only for her to say she doesn’t give refunds and they only give store credit!!! If you’re going to make an order ahead of time, don’t pay for it right away, wait until after you see how your order looks because it will save you a headache in the long run.I ended up going to the Decicco’s bakery in Pelham and I was definitely satisfied with the cake that I had purchased :)"
