Starbucks

"Need to get a handle on their service. Have a small army of employees. Not one person acknowledges you when you come in and takes forever to be greeted and have order taken. Not sure what the necessity of all the staff is if they are not going to streamline efficiency to take your order. This is Starbucks, supposed to be quick, effect, and seamless."

"The actual store is beautiful inside. The parking area is a bit weird with the dividers and handicap accessibility. There is an area where you can come up, but it's so narrow, and then a sign is blocking the rest of the path to the entrance doors. My drink was also made terribly. So I don't think I care for this location as much. Although it's closer.. the one in North have is much better overall."

"I came during the first week of opening and had an awful experience- I was skipped in line, my drinks came out 45 mins late, and they were made incorrectly. However, I came back today-a couple of weeks later and had a phenomenal experience with Bailey in the drive through! Bailey was attentive, kind, sweet and just awesome! Whoever made my drink today did an excellent job and I had a great conversation with Bailey while I waited. The drink came out extremely fast and was absolutley perfect. Bailey did an amazing job creating that "third place," for me and I think she should be recognized. Overall, I will definitely be back and hope to have another experience just as good as todays in the near future!"

"FINALLY OPEN!! It’s a nice place but, I had a bad experience with the girl who took my order, she treated us with a terrible attitude. It seems like she wanted to go home, I just wanted to have a good time drinking coffee, it's not my fault she's in a bad mood"

"This Starbucks opened up just last week at the former Pizza Hut spot, and I have to say so far, it’s not bad! I was there on a Tuesday evening around 5pm and the drive thru was empty and only a few people sitting inside. A lot of people that live nearby was saying that once this Starbucks opened that traffic and the quality of life would be worse especially this one having a drive thru, but it seems that it’s not as busy and popular as people were expecting out of this new Starbucks. The employees are nice, I do like the drive thru and how you can see the barista on the screen live as their taking your order which I don’t think even the drive thru Starbucks at the Bay Plaza Mall have. The inside is clean and modern, and feels more open and spacious than it actually is. They have free WiFi so you can enjoy a cup of joe while doing homework on your laptop. One thing I find odd is the bathroom situation: there are 2 single use bathrooms (no gender specific) and then they have a large shared sink on the outside of the bathrooms with a large mirror, almost like a hotel or a dorm room situation. Very odd to see that. One thing I hate about this new Starbucks is the parking lot and the way to get in and out, there are these small yellow medians that have rocks in the middle that makes it hard to enter or exit the parking lot. It’s a tight squeeze but doable. Some people almost kept hitting the Starbucks sign or the curb. It’s honestly poor design and they should really fix this."
