"Let me start this off by saying: DO NOT SPEED! I had to go to court for a speeding ticket on my birthday so I wanted a cake for the end of the day, something funny, to poke fun at me for being a dummy. Allie’s delivered exactly what I wanted, in fact, this cake went beyond my expectations. Dark chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream and a chocolate mousse filling.. with a speeding ticket and a “some type of speeding ticket joke” on top. Every layer was delicious and what I love about Allie’s cakes is that you can taste each individual layer, the flavors aren’t too sweet or not sweet enough, they’re literally just perfect. I love cake so I’m a bit of a cake snob.. Allie’s never lets me down. I’m trying to pick my favorite part but I seriously just loved the entire cake.. that chocolate mousse might be number one though. It’s so fluffy. I could eat buckets of it and be happy for the rest of my life. Thank you, Allie’s. You made my birthday extra special and sweet."
