"Try the 'Quesadilla Guatemalteca' *hint this ain't the mexican quesadilla you're thinking of. Baked fresh daily here is the 'Guatamalan Quesadilla' made of rice flour and cheese. Baked in sheets and served in squares like a cornbread but a lot more interesting. Give it a try and grab a coffee to wash it down for a breakfast treat."
