"I just want to start by saying this has nothing to do with there auto parts services. I had a UPS drop off at the store and there was a small mix up about the delivery. When I asked about it I was told by a very confrontational man it wasn't there and it wasn't his problem. Fast forward 5 minutes I went back with a proof of delivery that it was signed by an employee named Austin and it was dropped off. Turns out the angry man I just spoken to signed for it. When I questioned him he told me he signed for a package and they never dropped off and it wasn't his problem. At this point I'm upset. He's obviously upset. 100% the most worst experience I've ever had with an employee in any store. Rude, Angry, Defenseive and confrontational for no reason other than I had questions about the delivery. I was on the phone with ups in the parking lot and they had found the package and brought it to me witch I appreciate but that kind of customer service is absolutely uncalled for. I will never shop at the Herkimer location based on this interaction and will definitely not have a package dropped there."
"Very helpful staff at this store. I had wiper break yesterday (which had been purchased elsewhere). I went here for some good Trico blades. The broken part was still attached and very difficult to remove, but Matthew helped me out - and it was really cold out, too! He had it fixed up in no time, and just in time for this "snow emergency" we're in now. Good deal!"
